Maintain accurate, real-time bookkeeping across all entities
Conduct monthly financial reviews and variance analysis
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models
Track income, expenses, and vendor payments across business and personal accounts
3. Business Advisory & Performance Management
Evaluate performance of all active business ventures
Identify operational inefficiencies, risks, and areas for growth
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
Advise on strategic decisions impacting revenue, profit, & valuation
4. Investor, Lender, & Partner Relations
Support investor communications, reporting, and due diligence
